 First Time Appointments 


For first time appointments and information, please call The Centralized Access/Customer Service Department:

Monday-Thursday 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. CST,
Friday 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST.

The Centralized Access/Customer Service Department schedules first-time appointments for locations across the VBHCS service area. A team of customer service professionals will gladly schedule your first-time appointment at a location convenient to you. The agency has a large network of experienced providers and the Central Access team will ensure that you are scheduled with someone who best meets your treatment needs.

A team member will talk with you, gather information about your current situation and work with you to schedule your first appointment. We look forward to assisting you .
