We’re proud to announce our new office in Tracy City
Mountain Valley Mental Health is now open in Grundy County. Located at 1490 SR 56 Road in Tracy City, the office houses two Care Coordinators, a therapist, and staff from the Mountain Valley Health Connection Telehealth Program, Project AWARE, the Grundy Safe Communities Coalition and the Grundy County Infant Court Program. An open house was held in April, with participation of local community agencies and other Volunteer programs including the Peer Support program.
