This is a team of customer service professionals that will provide you with information about Volunteer Behavioral Health Care System and schedule your first time appointment. The Volunteer system covers 31 counties in Tennessee and has a large network of experienced treating professionals.
This friendly team collects demographic, clinical and financial information over the telephone. Team members gather clinical and financial information to determine the most appropriate treating professional. During the call, your first time appointment will be scheduled and the team member will provide you with all pertinent information.
