 Our Mission Statement

The mission of the Volunteer Behavioral Health Care System is to empower those who utilize our services in such a manner as to enable them to develop to their potential and improve their quality of life. Volunteer also strives to create a professional environment where employees are empowered to be creative and self-directed where incentives are such that they can maintain or improve their quality of life.  This is to be accomplished in an environment which allows Volunteer to generate an adequate level of financial security.

It has always been Volunteer's purpose to meet or exceed customer expectations by being the pre eminent provider of behavioral health care.
